This program is designed to challenge your self-talk, your daily habits, and your energetic blocks. Using astrology, you align your body, mind, and soul with the energy of cosmos to create your healthiest self. With this booking, you get a food tracker and must agree to meeting weekly, prepared “to do the work”.
